There are five visual tools, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast Motion Estimation;<\/li>\n<li>Fast Global Motion Estimation;<\/li>\n<li>Fast and Robust Sprite Generation;<\/li>\n<li>Optimized Reference Software for Simple Profile with Fast Variable Length Decoder Technique; and<\/li>\n<li>Error Resilience Tools with RVLC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The platform specific optimization is not currently addressed.
