This Technical Specification specifies a method for the determination of the dispersibility in water of instant dried milk.<\/p>\n
The method is applicable to instant dried skimmed milk manufactured by either the \u201cstraight-through\u201d or the \u201cre-wet\u201d process and also to instant dried whole milk.<\/p>\n
