These substances and mixtures are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>those classified as dangerous by the EU-legislation applying to dangerous substances and dangerous mixtures <span class=\"xref\">[5]<\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>substances and mixtures which in excessive amounts could harm the health of the children using them and which are not classified as dangerous by the above mentioned legislation; and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>any other chemical substance(s) and mixture(s) delivered with the <i>chemical toy<\/i>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"non-normative-note\">\n<div class=\"note-label\">\n  NOTE\n <\/div>\n<p>The terms \u201csubstance\u201d and \u201cmixture\u201d are defined in the REACH regulation No. (EC)1907\/2006 and in the CLP regulation (EC) No. 1272\/2008.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Additionally, requirements are specified for markings, warnings, safety rules, contents list, instructions for use and first aid information.<\/p>\n<p>This Part of <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">EN&nbsp;71<\/span> <\/span> applies to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><i>plaster of Paris (gypsum) moulding
