It is intended to complement the measures that are outlined in the current version of the U.S. Department of Transportation&#039;s Emergency Response Guidebook. <\/p>\n<p> This publication is intended for civil services (fire department, police, etc.) and emergency responders. The information in this publication shall only be applied by a subject matter expert in the product, equipment, and the emergency response handling protocols or practices. <\/p>\n<p> These guidelines are intended to protect public safety, safely control the release, and implement the intervention measures.
