Diese Europ\u00e4ische Norm ist eine Anleitung zur Festlegung der Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Kompetenzen, die zur Qualifikation des IH-Personals erforderlich sind. Diese Europ\u00e4ische Norm gilt f\u00fcr die folgenden Fachkr\u00e4fte in der Organisation der Instandhaltung: &#8211; Instandhaltungsfachkraft(IH-Fachkraft); &#8211; Instandhaltungsf\u00fchrungskraft (IH-F\u00fchrungskraft) und Instandhaltungsingenieur (IH-Ingenieur); &#8211; Instandhaltungsleiter (IH-Leiter) (verantwortlich f\u00fcr IH-Funktion oder IH-Dienstleistung).
