Der Begriff &#034;Lean Construction&#034; beschreibt einen praxiserprobten Ansatz f\u00fcr eine wirtschaftlichere und kooperative Abwicklung von Bauprojekten. Lean Construction ist somit die Adaption des beispielsweise in der Automobilindustrie schon lange praktizierten Lean Managements auf das Bauwesen. Das Ziel ist, Bauprojekte im vorgesehenen Kostenrahmen mit m\u00f6glichst geringem ungeplantem Aufwand und in der gew\u00fcnschten Qualit\u00e4t fertigzustellen.
