Requirements for the fabrication, handling, construction, and testing of FRP panels, concrete and steel foundation structure, foundation, and accessories are included. Site elevation and procurement; tank sizing; post-commissioning inspection and maintenance; and the design, operation, and control of the water distribution system that connects to the bolted aboveground FRP panel-type tank are beyond the scope of this standard.
