When properly conducted, the test will enable detection of fractional molecular layers of hydrophobic organic contaminants. On very rough or porous surfaces the sensitivity of the test may be significantly decreased.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 <i>This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
