1.1 This practice covers a procedure for rapid indentation hardness testing of metallic materials.<\/p>\n

1.2 This practice includes additional requirements in Annex A1 for the direct, indirect, and daily verification of rapid indentation hardness testing machines.<\/p>\n

1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.<\/p>\n
